Suggested Use

Recommended Use: Increased levels of bifidobacteria within the intestine have been seen to protect healthy gastrointestinal function by preventing pathogenic coliform bacteria (i.e., the "bad" bacteria associated with unsanitary food and water) from attaching to the intestinal muscosa. By acting as a protective barrier, probiotics help reduce the gut strain that can be a significant impediment to overall good health.

Recommended Dose: 1–2 capsules, 2–3 times daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2–3 hours before or after.

Cautions & Warnings: If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
