Ichigo is a strawberry matcha made from real fruit, with no artificial flavorings. Fine Japanese matcha folded with real strawberry.
The aroma arrives first, ripened wild strawberries that engulfs the nose, before the cup even meets your lips. Then the first sip, the matcha welcomes you, nutty, earthy and the strawberry greets you just after — a soft, fragrant note woven underneath rather than the headline. This is matcha first, fruit second: the strawberry integrates the cup without ever taking it over.
