Cotton- Dotty in Dark Blue

This is high-density cotton with a large circle pattern in dark blue with a multi-colored quilting stitch pattern printed on the fabric. Fabric is designed by Marcia Derse. It has a smooth soft finish and would be perfect for blouses, shirts, and skirts. OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED.

Fabric is sold by the 1/2 yard (so 1 unit is 1/2 yard, 2 units is 1 yard, etc.)
